Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and to visit The Palms. This statement explains what we do, what we know is not perfect yet, and how to tell us about a problem.

What we do
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means the site can be used with a keyboard, headings and landmarks are structured so screen readers can navigate them, images carry text descriptions, form fields have visible labels, and text resizes and reflows on small screens.
Known limitations
Our stylist booking area is provided by a third party booking service, so parts of its layout and behaviour are outside our control. Some older photography does not have a detailed description. Video in the header plays without sound and is decorative, and all information in it is also written on the page.
Visiting the building
The Palms is on one level with step free access from the street, accessible toilets and wide walkways through the arcade. If you would like to check something before you travel, or need us to make an arrangement for your visit, please get in touch and we will help.
Telling us about a problem
If you find something you cannot use, or you need information from this site in another format, email info@underthepalms.co.uk. Please tell us the page and what happened and we will get back to you.
