You may use this site for your own personal or business purposes: reading about The Palms, finding businesses, making an enquiry or booking a stylist. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false details, or use it in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with anyone else's use of it.

Some areas of this site are restricted to Peckham Palms staff and invited team members. Access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared.

Information about spaces, availability, sizes, features and prices is provided as a guide and may change. It is not a contractual offer. Any letting, chair rental or venue hire is subject to a separate written agreement, references and availability at the time. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable and will be confirmed to you in writing.

The salons, food and drink businesses and other independent businesses based at The Palms are separate businesses. When you book or buy from them, your contract is with them, not with Peckham Palms. Stylist bookings are taken through a third party booking provider and are subject to that business's own terms, prices and cancellation policy.

The text, photography, video, logos and design on this site belong to Peckham Palms or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission. Tenant business names and logos remain the property of those businesses.

We link to tenant websites, social media pages, maps and our booking provider for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of sites we do not control.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
