What we collect and why
- Space enquiries. When you ask to see availability and pricing for a space, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the type of space you are interested in. We use this to send you pricing, arrange a tour and follow up on your enquiry.Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you started).
- Email enquiries. If you email us about renting, hiring the venue or anything else, we hold that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- Stylist bookings. Bookings are taken through our booking provider and by the individual businesses at The Palms. Those bookings are handled under their own privacy notices.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We will only send you marketing if you ask us to.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. When you unlock pricing for a space, we store a small flag in your browser's local storage so you do not have to fill the form in again. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, database storage, email and bookings, who process data on our instructions. We may disclose data where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a tenant or we need to keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the relationship it relates to.
